Want to buy online? Rest assured, with our long history of online sales stellar reputation, we strive to exceed your expectations. We go over every detail of the car and take upclose pics/videos as needed to ensure you’re aware of any imperfection. We also recommend and can help accommodate local inspections by third party shops. Once you give us the green light and payment is received, we will e-contract all necessary forms and will set up delivery to your door (nationwide).
Can you offer shipping/delivery/export? Yes, as a member of a national transportation brokerage, we can post any vehicle for shipping anywhere in the US at wholesale prices. We can also help set up export to any country. In some cases if you’re close by in SF bay area, we can deliver to you free of charge within 7 days of your purchase date.
How much is it out the door?We have no bogus dealer fees or mandatory aftermarket products. To estimate out the door, you can add roughly 10% to the listed price for sales tax and $500 for registration. Ex: $20k car is roughly $22,500 out the door.
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept debit card, personal check, cashier check, cash, wire transfer, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash and in person bank deposits at Chase bank. There is a 3% charge for Credit cards and Apple pay when swiped in person at our location. We also accept crypto… not. We offer financing through credit unions and finance companies. We understand you want fewer inquiries on your credit report. That’s why we typically don’t run your credit report at the dealership - only the bank will run your credit report.
Is your dealership a member of CUDL?Yes! We’re part of CREDIT UNION DIRECT LENDING. We can access your pre-approved status at the dealership. However, some credit unions (Patelco, Golden One, Provident, and a few others) require you to get a direct loan with them, in which case we provide you with a purchase order that you can submit to them to complete the loan.
How much down payment do I need and what’s my rate?It all depends on your credit and employment. With good credit, you decide how much to put down to make your payments comfortable. Credit unions offer the best rates, starting at around 5% APR. For not-so-good credit, banks will require a larger down payment and rates will be higher. This requires a case-by-case analysis.
Can you come to us for a test drive?Unfortunately, we are a small company and don’t have the resources to deliver cars for test drives.
Can you pick me up from BART?Yes, we can pick you up from either the Colma or Daly City BART stations.
Do you hold cars?Sadly, we don’t hold cars. The only way to secure a car is by placing a $500 non-refundable deposit towards the purchase via our site’s “make a payment tab” (prior written consent form our reps required).
Do you have sales? (Black Friday)We adjust our prices constantly as markets change to always remain competitive. Our values are based on replacement cost of a similar car at wholesale auctions nationwide, so every day is a sale. :)
Why can't you price match? Each used car is unique, even if it’s similar in miles, color, options, etc. More often than not, the lowest priced cars in the market have either damage/accidents reported on Carfax, frame damage reported to a dealer when bought at auction (but not reported on Carfax and undisclosed to a buyer), or poor prior repairs that may not be noticeable at first glance to a consumer. Therefore, the lowest price may not always be the best value. We encourage consumers to read business reviews to make sure they are buying from a dealer with ethical business practices.
Why is your price different than online pricing tools (such as KBB, BlackBook, Edmunds, Carfax suggested values)? Each used car is unique. Also, within each model, markets may vary greatly based on supply and demand for certain options and colors. Here’s an example... let's say a 3-year old Grey Fiat 500e with 25k miles is worth $10k per an online guide. The identical car in white with white interior and a moonroof package will be valued at $200 more. But in reality, the Grey Fiat will sell closer to $9k due to the abundance of availability in the market, while the white Fiat will sell closer to $12k due to its rarity. These suggested values are even more distorted for rare cars that are 5 years old or older. Therefore, while online valuation tools work well for the most common models with basic options, they should not be the sole guide for valuing cars with unique features. The best way to evaluate a vehicle is to find a similar car for sale in the area, and ofcourse check each car’s history to make sure you're comparing apples to apples.
Do I have to pay CA sales tax if I’m planning to register out of state? You are exempt from paying CA sales tax if you use a transporter (car carrier). If you plan to drive it on CA roads, you must pay CA sales tax, unless you obtain a one way permit from CA DMV and drive it straight to your home state.
Do your cars come with 2 keys, floor mats, or owner’s manual? Please ask in advance. Sadly, some of our vehicles may not come with all of the above items.
Do all of your cars have clean titles?Yes, of course. We don’t sell any branded title vehicles (such as salvaged, flooded, lemon law buyback, true miles unknown, grey market, etc).
